Bia National Park is one of the most visited National Parks in Ghana, located in the Western Region of Ghana near the Bia River. The park sits on a 563 square kilometer resource reserve and provides a sanctuary for the diversity of wildlife. It also houses another conservation area called the Bia Resource Reserve. The park is home to 62 species of mammals, including ten species of primates. More than 189 species of birds live in the park.
