Orleans Bay Caravan Park is on the south coast of Western Australia. Some call it The Duke of Orleans Bay because of its location. It is behind a long drive on the untarred road, surrounded by grasses, shrubs, and trees. Unlike most evergreen parks, Orleans Bay Caravan Park features a combination of bear landmass and grassland. However, the wet breeze from the beach keeps the atmosphere calm.
The first sight you catch on arrival is the gas station, which reassures you that there’s no fear of running out of gas during your voyage. Another reason for the gas station is that the park is about a half-hour drive from town.
Also, there are retail outlets to provide everything you may need, so you avoid driving the distance each time you need supplies.
The facilities are excellent, featuring a combination of caravans and cabins for individuals and families. There is ample space available for individuals who want to pitch their tents, plus a dedicated camp Kitchen area for meals and hangouts.
Some cabins and caravans at Orleans Bay Caravan Park are ensuite: campers in these cabins have complete privacy and comfort. The public convenience facilities are less overworked due to the number of en suite accommodations onsite.
There is access to the swimming and fishing beach that is only a minute walk from the camp. And campers can take a tour of the whole environment, viewing the hills and exploring the vegetative cover of Orleans Bay.
