PHASE Nepal is a non-political, non-profit, non-religious, and non-governmental organization with strong presence across nine districts of Nepal, including Lalitpur, Bajura, Humla, Mugu, Sindhapalchok, Makawanpur, Gorkha, Dhangadhi, and Morang.

Since its establishment—PHASE—has been working in partnership with the government and the local authorities to improve the livelihood of the rural people by providing support through self-empowerment, health care, education, risk resilience, and creating opportunities in communities.

The organization is a firm believer that poverty, poor health, and low levels of education can hold people back from taking absolute control of their lives.

And, apart from providing various communities with adequate health care facilities and support, it also provides training to health staff and medical supplies to the communities.

PHASE Nepal areas of support include immunization, emergencies, family planning, minor illnesses, maternity care, growth monitoring, nutrition, and more.

The organization, over the years, has created multiple projects aimed at addressing the fundamental problems in access to quality health facilities and education.

The projects include Towards a Healthier Community, Equal Education for All, A Sustainable Livelihood, Research, Relief Recovery, and Disaster Reconstruction.
