The Philippine Task Force for Indigenous Peoples’ Rights, colloquially known as TFIP, is a network of NGOs in the Philippines. Since its early beginnings, the organization has always had the interest of the indigenous peoples (IPs) at heart.
However, due to its commitment to advancing indigenous peoples’ rights, TFIP has received international recognition from Brot für die Welt, a German development agency.
In order to ensure adequate food security, the organization has developed a robust six-point agenda to ascertain the rights of indigenous peoples in the Philippines.
The TFIP envisions a society that defends and promotes indigenous peoples’ rights and upholds their self-determined development.
