Sanbona Wildlife Reserve offers a regular program for the seasons of the year. The arrangement in the winter is slightly different from summer. During the winter, the wake-up call starts at 6:30 am (SAST). Followed by breakfast, and the adventure begins throughout the day till 7:30 pm (SAST). However, during summer, the wake-up call comes up earlier, at 5 am, and closes by 9:00 pm (SAST).
For more than 20 years, Sanbona Wildlife Reserve has been the guardian of the ancient heritage of little Karoo. The 58,000 hectares of Nature reserve lies at the foot of the Warmwaterberg Mountains, housing some of the most ferocious beasts of Africa.
