The Women’s Legal and Human Rights Bureau, abbreviated as WLB, is a feminist legal non-government organization in the Philippines. Its focus is on women’s rights.

The organization was founded in 1990 and is composed of women’s rights advocates and activists. These women are law and social science professionals who work collectively in addressing the issues of women’s rights in the country.

The main goal of WLB is to engage as many women as possible in pursuing programs and policies that underpin the interests and rights of Filipino women.

However, while conducting campaigns to raise public awareness on women’s issues remains a driving force of the organization, bringing women together for training and research purposes for a better and stronger advocacy engagement on women’s rights is what WLB stands for.
